Slush continued to be a major issue throughout the lake early this week, basically, the lake is a mess. A string of cold days would do wonders for settling and freezing the slush and ultimately allow more anglers to get out. Heading into this weekend, you’ll want to continue working through resorts for road and travel options. Activity on the main lake has been minimal, but there has been a few anglers getting to the humps in Walker Bay and catching a few walleyes in 20 to 22 feet.
