Walleye action is strong with minnows on the shallow rocks along the east side, shoreline structure and points in Sucker Bay, and the Bear Island area. Rubber baits or sucker minnows are working best for muskies on the mid-depth rocks and reed edges. There have been a few more ringbills being shot, but not a big push of new ducks into the area.
