Walleyes continue to hit a jig and minnow on the wind-swept points and shorelines in 10 to 14 feet. Fish also are being caught on live-bait rigs or slip bobbers with leeches in 9 to 12 feet on the points or weed areas. Some limited walleye action is being reported at night with crankbaits or slip bobbers and leeches in 8 to 14 feet. Largemouth bass are hitting plastics and spinnerbaits in the reeds or shallow cabbage. Look for crappies in the bigger bays over 8 to 12 feet and bluegills in less than 6 feet.
