Leech Lake Fishing Report for June 15, 2018

Walleyes have spread out a bit more with fish still being found on the points and shoreline breaks in 9 to 12 feet, while others are being caught on deep structure throughout the main lake and in Walker Bay. Minnows continue to work, especially on those shallow locations, but leeches seem to be the best option this week. Muskie anglers are hooking a few small fish on bucktails and largemouth bass continue to be caught in the reeds and wild rice area around Minnnesota Island in Steamboat Bay.
