Leech Lake Fishing Report for Jan 17, 2019

January 17, 2019

Anglers are sorting through numbers of small perch, but coming up with decent bunches of keepers off Sand Point in 9 to 12 feet or Boy Bay and Agency Bay in slightly deeper water. Walleyes continue to be caught, but reports have been best from those on the move, fishing overnight, and getting away from the crowds. The main lake points, flats, and reefs have been productive in 14 to 22 feet and the deep humps in Walker Bay are producing fish as well.
