Low-light periods remain best for walleyes on the 20- to 25-foot breaks in Walker Bay or main lake mud and sand areas in 18 to 23 feet. Some keeping-size perch are being caught in 8 to 10 feet in Miller’s Bay, Sucker Bay, and off Sand Point. The eelpout bite continues to improve over the deep water in Walker Bay at night.
