Shiner minnows continue to produce a few walleyes throughout Walker Bay in 22 to 32 feet. The south shore flats out of Trapper’s Landing also are producing some walleyes over 20 to 25 feet. Sand Point continues to produce perch in 6 to 12 feet, but you have to sort through a lot of small fish and you’ll increase your odds of putting a few more jumbos on the ice if you’re willing to stay on the move. Snowmobiles are the best mode of transportation since it’s tough to get off the plowed roads that exist.
