There’s been a bit more walleye activity on the shoreline breaks in Walker Bay, but ice depths still vary a lot so extreme caution is advised, especially the farther out you go. There’s also been some walleye activity on the main lake, primarily out from Pine Point, Trapper’s Landing, and Bear Island in 12 to 14 feet. Slush remains an issue in most areas, so it’s probably best to work through a resort or private access.
