Based on lake and shoreline conditions early this week, using ATVs should be an option at least through this weekend. Tullibee action has been minimal, but the perch bite definitely picked up with good reports coming from Sand Bay, Agency Bay, and Second or Third Duck points in 8 to 10 feet.
