Geocaching is an activity that is rapidly growing in popularity. To put it simply, geocaching is a treasure hunt in which you use a GPS device to locate the hidden containers, also called geocaches. The geocaches are located outdoors and the experiences are shared online. This is a great activitiy for all ages, and especially fun for the whole family. There are many apps on mobile devices to be used while geocaching and handheld GPS devices are also a necessity.
