Leech Lake Fishing Report For January 7th, 2021

January 7, 2021

Walleye action continues to be best during low-light periods on the main lake structure and points in 15 to 18 feet. Walker Bay started giving up walleyes along with its shoreline breaks in 18 to 22 feet and the deep humps. Perch action has been much slower this week. Most main lake areas have up to 12 inches of ice, while Walker Bay has 8 to 9 inches. Trucks have started being used out of a few areas, but ATVs are your safest option.
